Hire Fable sells recruitment services. Nothing is physically shipped, so there are no delivery charges and no courier. This page explains how and when what you bought actually reaches you.

1. How services are delivered

Everything is delivered electronically, inside your account on this website. When work is ready you will find it in your dashboard, and we notify you by email and, where you have confirmed a mobile number, by SMS.

There is nothing to collect, and no shipping fee is ever charged.

2. When it is delivered

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Maharashtra, India.

3. Account access is immediate

Payment confirms instantly through Razorpay, and the units appear on your account the moment it does. You can see the balance and every draw-down under My packages. Delivery of the screened profiles themselves follows the timings above — buying the pack and receiving the work are two different moments, and we are clear about both.

4. What we need from you

The clock starts when we have enough to work with: the role, the must-have skills, the budget and the location. If a brief is incomplete we will ask, and the timeline starts from your reply rather than from the purchase.

5. If we are running late

If we cannot meet a stated timeline we will tell you before it expires, with a revised date. If a delay is unacceptable to you, you may cancel the undelivered portion under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Unused units

Units do not expire. Anything you have not used stays on your account and can be spent on any future role.

7. Territory

We deliver to customers anywhere, and source candidates primarily in India. All prices are quoted and charged in Indian rupees (INR).
