1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Hire Fable ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

3. Employer & candidate conduct

Employers must post genuine roles and must not discriminate unlawfully. Candidates must provide truthful information in profiles and applications. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis for the stated period. Feature access (including AI credits and job-posting limits) is defined by your active plan. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.

5. AI-generated content

AI features (resume insights, salary ranges, career pathways, interview questions, match scores, and job descriptions) are provided for guidance only. They may contain inaccuracies and should not be treated as professional, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing all AI output before relying on it.

6. Intellectual property

The Platform, its branding, and its software are owned by Hire Fable. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a licence to host and process it to provide the service.

7. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hire Fable is not liable for hiring decisions, lost opportunities, or indirect damages arising from use of the Platform.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
