These terms govern your use of Hire Fable, operated by Sphurit Technologies Private Limited. By creating an account or buying anything here, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the service.

1. Who we are

Sphurit Technologies Private Limited (trading as Hire Fable), registered in India under CIN U70200PN2023PTC222196. Referred to below as “we”, “us” or “the Platform”. Reach us at hr@hirefable.com.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for everything done under your account. You must give accurate information and be at least 18 years old. Recruitment consultant accounts are reviewed by us before they are granted access to candidate data, and we may decline or withdraw that access.

3. What we sell

• Prepaid packs — a stated number of screened resumes or interview-ready candidates. Paid up front, drawn down as delivered, and the units do not expire.
• Placement mandates — end-to-end hiring, charged at 8.33% of the placed candidate's annual CTC, invoiced only once they join. A mandate runs 45 days from our acceptance of the Work Order.
• Subscriptions — recurring plans for candidates and employers, billed for the stated period.

Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but never for something you have already bought.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card details. An order is confirmed only when the payment gateway confirms it; a failed or reversed payment leaves the order unfulfilled.

Invoices for placement fees are raised after the candidate joins and are payable within the period stated on the invoice.

5. Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Your rights to cancel and to a refund are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Replacement guarantee

If a placed candidate leaves or fails to join within 90 days of their start date, we will source a replacement for that role at no further fee. The original invoice remains payable.

7. How you may use the Platform

Employers and recruiters must:

• post only genuine roles, and not discriminate unlawfully;
• use candidate data only to assess people for the role it was shared for;
• not copy, resell, scrape or redistribute candidate data;
• not approach candidates outside the Platform to avoid our fee.

Candidates must give truthful information in their profile and applications.

We may remove content, suspend an account, or end this agreement where these terms are broken.

8. Candidate data

Clients see only the candidates we have shared with them for their own requirement. There is no access to the wider candidate database. Sharing, exporting or reusing a shared profile for any other role is a breach of these terms.

9. What we do not promise

We work to find suitable candidates but cannot guarantee a hire, a particular calibre of applicant, or that any role will be filled. Screening is carried out in good faith on the information available; final hiring decisions, background checks and right-to-work verification remain yours.

The Platform is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim relates to, in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost opportunity.

11. Intellectual property

The Platform, its software, branding and content belong to us. You keep ownership of what you upload, and grant us the licence needed to provide the service.

12. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed, and continued use means you accept the update. You may close your account at any time from Account settings. Closing it does not refund amounts already due or paid, except as set out in the Refund Policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
