1. What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), profile and resume content you provide, job posts and applications, subscription and payment references, and technical data such as IP address and login activity for security.

2. How we use it

To operate the Platform: matching candidates and employers, generating AI insights on your data, processing subscriptions, sending transactional emails (verification, password reset, application updates), and protecting against abuse.

3. AI processing

When you use an AI feature, relevant profile or job text is sent to the AI provider configured by the platform operator to generate your result. Results may be cached to reduce cost. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Sharing

When you apply to a job, your profile and application are shared with that employer. We use service providers (hosting, email, AI, payments) only to deliver the service, under appropriate safeguards.

5. Data security

Passwords are hashed, secrets (such as API keys) are encrypted at rest, connections should be served over HTTPS, and access is restricted by role. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

6. Your rights

You can view and edit your profile, and permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from Account settings. To request a data export or ask questions, contact us.

7. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, associated personal data is removed, except where we must retain limited records for legal or accounting purposes.
