Sphurit Technologies Private Limited operates Hire Fable. This policy explains what we collect, why, who sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

1. What we collect

• Account details — name, email, mobile number, password hash, and the role you signed up as.
• Candidate profile — resume, work history, skills, notice period, current and expected salary, and documents you upload.
• Company details — company name, address, contact person, and the requirements you raise.
• Usage — sign-in times, IP address, pages viewed, and actions taken, kept for security and audit.
• Payment records — what was bought, when, and the gateway reference. We never see or store card numbers.

2. Why we hold it

To run the service you asked for: matching candidates to roles, scheduling interviews, issuing Work Orders and invoices, and keeping your account secure. We also use aggregate, non-identifying figures to understand how the service is used.

3. Who sees a candidate's data

This is the part candidates care about most, so plainly:

• Our own recruitment team can see the candidate database in order to source for roles.
• A client company sees only the candidates we have deliberately shared with them, for their own specific requirement. No client has access to the wider database.
• Clients are contractually barred from reusing a shared profile for any other purpose.

4. Who else we share it with

Only where needed to run the service:

• Razorpay — to take payments.
• VisionHLT — to send one-time codes and notifications by SMS.
• Google — if you choose to sign in with Google, to confirm your identity; and, where analytics is switched on, Google Analytics receives anonymous usage statistics as described under Cookies below.
• Our hosting provider, which stores the data on our behalf.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

5. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a token to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. Both are necessary for the site to work.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages people visit, how they arrived, and where they give up. It sets its own cookies and reports to Google on our behalf. We use it only to improve the service. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not run remarketing, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

Analytics runs only if you agree to it. We ask before setting anything, and until you say yes no request is made to Google at all. You can change your mind at any time — reopen the cookie choice — and saying no removes the analytics cookies straight away. We ask visitors in the UK, the EEA and Switzerland, where consent is required by law before non-essential cookies are set.

You can also opt out for every site with Google's browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.

6. How long we keep it

Account and profile data is kept while your account is open. If you close it, we delete your profile and remove your data from the searchable database. We keep invoices, payment records and audit logs for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and one-time codes for a matter of minutes.

7. Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never in readable form. API keys and other secrets are encrypted at rest. Access to production data is limited to people who need it.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• show you what we hold about you;
• correct anything wrong — most of it you can edit yourself;
• delete your account and profile;
• stop sending you marketing messages.

Email hr@hirefable.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can delete your own account at any time from Account settings.

9. Children

The service is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Grievance officer

As required under Indian law, complaints about how we handle your data can go to hr@hirefable.com.

11. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change, and the date above will tell you when that last happened.
